# EasySignup

### **1. Overview**

JCI Europe is pleased to offer all JCI National and Local Organizations in Europe **free access to the EasySignup event registration system** through our renewed partnership with **EasySignup.com**.

This collaboration supports our organizations in running smoother, more efficient events — from small trainings and meetings to large conferences.

✔ Annual training for JCI organizations\
✔ Annual usage report for JCI Europe\
✔ GDPR-compliant data processing\
✔ Easy onboarding for all NOs and LOs

This partnership is governed by a formal agreement.

### **2. What is EasySignup?**

**EasySignup** is a simple, user-friendly tool for managing event registrations.\
It helps JCI organizations:

* Create event pages quickly
* Manage signups efficiently
* Communicate with participants
* Export participant lists
* Enable online payments if needed

It reduces administrative workload so teams can focus on **membership engagement, leadership development, and impactful activities**.

### **3. What JCI Organizations Receive**

#### **Free Features (included for all JCI NOs and LOs):**

* Full access to the EasySignup event signup system
* Unlimited events
* Unlimited registrations
* All basic event functions
* Support materials and communication templates

#### **Optional Online Payments**

If your organization wants to accept payments online (e.g., event fees), you can use the EasySignup payment module at the standard fee: **2% of the amount + transaction fee per credit card&#x20;*****(typically €0.05 + 0.40% depending on the card type).*** All listed fees are subject to an additional 25% VAT.

*(This is not a special sponsored rate — it is EasySignup’s standard fee for sponsored accounts.)*

### **4. GDPR & Data Processing**

According to the partnership agreement:

* JCI entities (National or Local Organizations) act as **data controllers**
* EasySignup acts as **data processor**
* All data belongs to the controller (the JCI entity)
* Data processing follows EasySignup’s official **Data Processing Agreement (DPA)**
* Each entity accepts the DPA directly in EasySignup’s system\

This ensures full GDPR compliance.

### **5. Annual Training / Webinar**

EasySignup will provide **at least one online training session per year** for JCI organizations across Europe.

### **6. Geographical Limitations**

The agreement applies to all JCI organizations in Europe **except** those located in countries under:

* EU sanctions
* UN sanctions
* Banking restrictions affecting EasySignup

In such cases:

* EasySignup must notify JCI Europe promptly
* Affected organizations may still use the **free signup system**, but not the payment module

### **7. How to Get Started**

2. Create an account for your JCI organization
3. Accept the Data Processing Agreement
4. Set up your first event
5. Share the event link with your members
6. Optionally activate the payment module (requires payout details)
